Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Practitioner - Residential Care to join our team at Medico Partners Ltd. As the Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners in providing high-quality care to children in our Residential Children's Home.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience working in residential care, with a strong background in leadership and management. They should also possess comprehensive knowledge of SCCIF, Children's Home Regulations, and Quality Standards. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management would be advantageous.

The estimated salary for this role is between £49,000 and £57,200 per annum, depending on location and experience.
