We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Care Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role.
As a Senior Mental Health Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents with mental health needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the well-being and dignity of our residents.
This is a bank position, which means you will be required to work variable hours, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. In return, you can expect competitive pay and a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia, and experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
