Job Description

This permanent position is responsible for leading psychology professionals, providing clinical supervision, and coordinating psychological resources to support the development of psychologically informed care plans.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering psychological therapy, exercising full clinical responsibility for clients' psychological care as a care coordinator and leader of a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires the ability to work with statutory, voluntary, and private sector agencies, teaching, training, and conducting research and development.

A Disclosure and Barring Service Check will be required for this post.

Requirements
  • Post-graduate training (doctoral level equivalent) in clinical/counselling/forensic psychology, accredited by the BPS, and registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
  • Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialised areas of psychological practice.
  • Trained in clinical supervision, care coordination, and evidence-based practice relevant to the role.
