About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Dementia Care team at Everyturn Mental Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users.
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with dementia, including medication management, personal care, and emotional support.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or RNLD.
- Relevant experience working with individuals with dementia and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine desire to care for this client group and a commitment to person-centered care.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and nights.
