Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Dementia Care Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals, their families, and carers to provide person-centred care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop individual care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users
  • Provide high-quality nursing care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and policies
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

About You

We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse who possesses the following qualities:

  • Valid NMC registration and relevant mental health experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and nights
  • Empathetic attitude and commitment to person-centred care
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
