Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our service users, working closely with them, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify the needs of service users, developing and implementing individualised care plans to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to service users, including administering medication, conducting assessments, and implementing care interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

About You

We are looking for a qualified Mental Health Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs. You will have:

Relevant mental health experience, with a valid Pin.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.A genuine desire to care for this client group, with a person-centred approach to care delivery.Flexibility to work a range of shift patterns, including weekends and nights.
