Key Responsibilities- Customer Contact and Support: Proactively manage customer contact through various channels, including phone, email, and direct mail, to process new business invoices and resolve customer queries.
- Sales and Licensing: Take inbound sales enquiries and convert them into customers, ensuring they are appropriately licensed and compliant with our terms and conditions.
- Knowledge and Research: Utilize our knowledge base to verify and gather relevant information and customer data, ensuring accurate licensing and compliance.
- Lead Generation and Management: Create leads and manage customer accounts through to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Customer Education and Support: Educate and advise customers on the benefits of music licensing, ensuring they understand and adhere to our contractual terms and conditions.
- Team Collaboration: Work co-operatively with other teams to ensure a positive customer experience and meet revenue targets.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a call centre, retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales environment.
- Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office, good verbal communication, and experience of copyright or licensing in a structured environment.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, able to manage own priorities and workload, and have good attention to detail.
