Teaching Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and support teachers with planning, resourcing, and delivering interventions to ensure pupils make accelerated progress.
- Contribute to creating a nurturing classroom and school environment that fosters pupil development.
- Support the personal development of pupils, including during breakfast club, lunchtimes, and after-school clubs.
- Observe, record, and provide feedback on pupil performance.
- Work with teachers to assess pupil needs and plan small group teaching and one-to-one interventions.
- GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience.
- First aid training or qualification.
- Experience working with young people in a paid or voluntary capacity.
