Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Saltley Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Job Role
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing individualized support to students as needed.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being.
  • Support the development of students' academic skills, including literacy and numeracy.

Subjects

This role involves working with students across various subjects, including teaching assistant and learning support assistant.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment to working a standard school week.

Contract Type

This is a permanent contract, offering stability and security for the right candidate.

Salary

The salary for this role is £25,364.00 per annum, rising to £31,364.00 per annum for a full-time equivalent. Pro rata for part-time positions.

Requirements
