About the Role:The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of medicines, leading a team, and promoting excellent patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
- Develop and lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce medication errors.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement quality improvement projects.
- Support the development of other healthcare professionals and deliver training on clinical leadership topics.
This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of medicines management, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
Requirements:- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Proven leadership experience in a Pharmacy setting
- Knowledge of Oncology Pharmacy practices
