Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have:
- GPHC registration with no restrictions.
- At least 3 years of post-graduation experience in a hospital environment.
- Ability to analyse clinical and management problems and devise solutions.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and influencing evidence-based practice.
- Experience in clinical leadership and developing peers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exemplary pharmacy service in line with legislation and professional standards.
- Advise consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and professional standards in medicine management.
- Promote a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery.
What We Offer:
- Annual salary of up to £60,000.
