Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Applied Behaviour Analysis to join our clinical team at Beam ABA Services. As an ABA Consultant, you will play a vital role in overseeing the assessment, design, and analysis of ABA programmes for young adults with autism and learning disabilities.

About the Role

This part-time position (2-3 days per week) involves working closely with our Senior ABA Consultant, Registered Manager, and Director to develop and implement effective ABA programmes. You will work directly in the field, supporting Behaviour Support Therapists and providing direct support to young people on your caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ABA programmes for young adults with autism and learning disabilities
  • Provide direct support to young people on your caseload
  • Train and support Behaviour Support Therapists
  • Lead programme development and implementation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field
  • BCBA qualification or working towards BCBA
  • Practical experience of working with young people with complex behavioural needs
  • Experience of managing teams and supervisory responsibilities
