Social Worker Position in Adults Community Team Specialist

We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our team at Red Sector Recruitment Limited. As a social worker in our adults community team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality social care services to adults in need.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating support services to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users. You will work closely with other professionals, including healthcare staff, family members, and local authorities to achieve these goals.
Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work, be registered with SSSC, and possess relevant experience working with adults. A car driver's license is also necessary for this role.
The benefits package includes free DBS and compliance checks, online timesheets, and a dedicated consultant with 5+ years of experience in the field. A referral bonus of £350 is also offered, as well as opportunities for career advancement within the company. The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
