Job Title: Accommodation Needs Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accommodation Needs Officer to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenancies, ensuring compliance with management agreements and leases, and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenancies, including rent collection, property maintenance, and resident support.
  • Ensure compliance with management agreements and leases, and report to partner landlords as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including support services, administration, and central services, to ensure a joined-up and beneficial service to residents.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the Association by using individual skills and actively participating in own annual performance review, objective setting, and any training identified as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Knowledge of housing management and tenancy laws and regulations.
