About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. As a key member of our housing services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tenancy management and rent collection to ensure all housing management income is collected effectively.
  • Ensure fair access, process of applications, relevant background checks, and allocation of vacant properties.
  • Ensure supported accommodation is available for use, minimizing vacant properties and void turnaround time.
  • Maintain H&S and property standards, working effectively as a team member to deliver excellent services to Adullam Residents.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external agencies, contributing to the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
