We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accommodation Needs Officer to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our housing services, including tenancy sustainment, property maintenance, and resident support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tenancy sustainment and property maintenance to ensure compliance with management agreements and leases.
- Coordinate the allocation of vacant properties and ensure fair access to accommodation for residents.
- Monitor and enforce occupancy agreements, rent payments, and service charges.
