About the RoleThe successful candidate will work in a variety of SEN settings, including schools and Alternative Provision settings, and will be expected to collaborate with school staff to meet the specific needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to students with profound and multiple learning difficulties, including personal care and assistance with daily activities.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote students' learning and development.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with students with complex needs, ideally in a school setting.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Competitive daily rates paid via PAYE (£80-£85 per day, based on experience and qualifications).
