About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Energy and Retrofit Advisor. As a key member of our Greener Living team, you will play a crucial role in providing energy advice and raising awareness of domestic retrofit, supporting increased retrofit awareness and activity across the region.

Working closely with our Green Doctors, you will support households suffering from fuel poverty and refer them to more specialist support where needed. This role requires a caring nature, a strong desire to help people, and a passion for making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide energy advice and raise awareness of domestic retrofit
  • Support increased retrofit awareness and activity across the region
  • Work closely with Green Doctors to support households suffering from fuel poverty
  • Refer households to more specialist support where needed

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Domestic Retrofit Advice Course or willingness to undertake this within the first 3 months of the role
  • Experience of running community events/activities
  • Commitment to equality and diversity
