Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Australian business to ensure seamless project execution under our global service delivery model.
  • Lead and inspire teams delivering high-impact projects, fostering excellence in all aspects of transmission and distribution system design and engineering.
  • Provide advanced technical guidance on energy systems integration, including transmission and distribution networks, renewable energy integration, and smart grid technologies.
  • Conduct and oversee connection studies to evaluate the feasibility and impact of integrating new energy sources into existing transmission and distribution networks.
  • Conduct and oversee comprehensive network system studies to analyse and optimise the performance, stability, and reliability of energy networks.
  • Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for technical expertise and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, energy systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in energy systems integration engineering at a Principal or Technical Director level.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, with a strong focus on technical excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial success.
  • Proficient in power system modelling and analysis using industry-standard software tools.
