About the Role

Location United Kingdom, Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office)

The Bid Project Manager will handle the Bid & LOA process for assigned proposals, securing quality orders for projects within UK markets. They will support internal partners in the preparation of pre-qualification documentation and request for information submissions as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review invitation to tender and specifications to resolve customer's requirements.
  • Prepare Bid - No Bid documentation and acquire authorization to bid.
  • Formulate a winning bid strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Capture Team to ensure all results are produced in accordance with the tender program.
  • Attend customer pre-tender clarification meetings / presentations and undertake site visits.
