WMJobs is seeking a highly skilled Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Ball Green Primary School. We are looking for someone with experience in supporting learning for children in the Early Years/Nursery.

About the Role
  • This position requires a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework, with a focus on securing success for our children.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a nursery setting and be able to support small groups of children through adapted learning sequences.
  • A secure knowledge and understanding of how the needs of the 'unique child' are best met through a child-centred application of the framework is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support teachers and the extended EYFS team in planning and delivering lessons.
  2. Assist in creating challenges for children to help them make accelerated progress.
  3. Develop and maintain effective classroom management skills.
