Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer support environment
  • Enjoy speaking to people
  • Not afraid of tele rejection
  • Be a strong advocate for the customer and company
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and written
  • Understanding of our products & services. Engineering knowledge is an advantage
  • Be highly committed, well-motivated, and committed to the objectives of the business
