Role Profile

The Reliability Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our production equipment. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure that equipment is maintained to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • HNC or Degree level education in Engineering/Mechatronics or a similar field of study.
  • 5 years of technical or manufacturing experience, with several years of experience with high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment required.
  • Experience leading a technical team in a busy manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and encourage effective team building activities.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals seeking a challenging role in reliability management.
