We are seeking an experienced Production Equipment Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Your main duties will include operating production machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and handling pallet release duties. You will also work closely with the Operational, Engineering, and Quality Control teams to drive continuous improvement.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work methodically and organized, with a strong focus on safety awareness.

About the role:

  • Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
  • Based in the UK, with shift work involved

Requirements:

  • Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., C&G, HND) or a time-served apprenticeship.
  • Experience in high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and fault finding.
  • Methodical, organized, and self-motivated, with strong safety awareness of electrical, compressed air, and pressurized systems.
