Job Description:
In this role, you will be part of a shift team contributing to the achievement of area targets. Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate ownership and accountability for a set of machines, processes, or pieces of equipment within your working area. This includes carrying out routine operational tasks required to achieve area targets, such as starting-up, shutting-down, monitoring, cleaning, and performing basic changeovers.

Responsibilities:
- Start-up and shut-down procedures for equipment and machines
- Cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe working environment
- Basic changeovers to minimize downtime

Requirements:
- GCSE level or above in English and Maths
- Fluent English verbal and written skills
- Previous experience in FMCG/Factory Operations industry (desired)
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in fault-finding (beneficial)

Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. You must be able to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus shift allowance. In addition, you will have access to our in-house Mars University, providing opportunities for professional development and growth.
