As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist at Acorn by Synergie, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing plant. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain all site equipment and machinery, including power presses, laser cutting machines, punch machines, automated production lines, and assembly lines.

You will work closely with various teams to identify and resolve technical issues, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and analyze downtime to reduce it. To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of maintenance techniques and procedures, as well as knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

We are offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000 (including shift premium), based on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive rewards package that includes:
