Job Summary:

The Maintenance Shift Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure maximum productivity.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months of maintenance experience, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Salary Information:

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Continental offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
