Café Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including food production, customer service, and staff management
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for customers
- Train and supervise staff members in various roles such as cooking, bartending, and serving
- Create schedules and manage labour costs to optimise staffing levels
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials

**Skills**:

- Strong hospitality background with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in food production and culinary techniques
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations including cooking techniques and equipment usage
- Proficient in bartending skills including drink preparation and mixology
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
