About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global regulatory strategies that align with our business objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations through regular monitoring and risk assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of regulatory strategies
- Liaise with international regulatory agencies to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on regulatory requirements and best practices
Requirements
- Science-based bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, law, business)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory strategy and compliance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech company
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful regulatory strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and requirements
