About the Role

As a Global Regulatory Strategy and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies that meet the needs of our business while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global regulatory strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations through regular monitoring and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of regulatory strategies
  • Liaise with international regulatory agencies to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on regulatory requirements and best practices

Requirements

  • Science-based bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, law, business)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory strategy and compliance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech company
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful regulatory strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and requirements
