Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Senior to join our team at Jeffries Recruitment. As a Payroll Senior, you will be responsible for processing payroll from client information, building and maintaining good relationships with clients, and providing a support service to other departments on client payroll and PAYE matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll from client information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any payroll-related queries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll Solutions team, handling client data and preparing reports and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and concise record systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Deal with ad hoc queries and provide a high level of support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage internal relationships and deal with third-party queries, such as HMRC.

Requirements:

  • Hard working and able to meet deadlines.
  • Happy to help others with whatever is needed to get the job done.
  • Flexible and able to work overtime during busy periods.
  • Friendly and able to provide excellent customer service.
  • Good customer service ability and proven ability to be accurate.
