Position Overview

As a Senior Kitchen Specialist, you will work closely with our culinary team to create exquisite dishes that not only satisfy hunger but also delight the senses.

In addition to possessing outstanding presentation, organizational, and communication skills, you will exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts and service.

  • Guarantee that the quality and presentation of all meals align with the company's standards and client expectations.
  • Oversee and mentor kitchen personnel and assistants, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Manage inventory control and procurement to sustain appropriate stock levels while reducing waste.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to implement special events, themed dinners, and various culinary projects.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen space, consistently adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, budgeting, and tracking food costs and inventory.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, culinary techniques, and new ingredients to continually enhance menu offerings and the overall dining experience.
  • Promote a positive workplace atmosphere by demonstrating leadership qualities, effective communication, and teamwork.
