About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Activation Manager to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and activate customer consideration in the automotive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver key strategic campaigns to drive brand awareness and activate customer consideration through quarterly campaign cycles.
  • Implement brand strategy by leading and aligning all creative assets across owned, paid for, and earned channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Presentation and definition of quarterly marketing plans to directors and senior managers.
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including performance marketing, go-to-market teams, CRM, and digital.
  • Management of key relationships with agency partners—brand agencies, creative and media agencies.
  • Acting as brand guardian across full marketing activity.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar marketing and communications role, preferably in the automotive market.
  • Experience of the full marketing mix, including strategy, implementation and working with agency partners.
  • Proven track record of driving active brand preference.
  • Expertise in leading complex projects and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
