We are seeking a skilled Procurement Business Partner to join our team at Critical Project Resourcing (CPR). This is a hybrid role that involves developing commercial plans within a local police force.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Manage budgets and spending across procurement life cycles, optimizing costs and resources.
  3. Analyze spending and costs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
  5. Manage the life cycle of procurement activities, from tendering to monitoring and evaluation.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Experience in commercial and category management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes.
  2. Relevant experience working within a purchasing and commercial environment, with a focus on business development and strategy.
