About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global People Relations Business Partner to join our team at Entain. As a key member of our People & Culture Team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality global People Relations advice, risk mitigation, and people change support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with Senior Leaders and Managers across the business to provide strategic advice and support on all integration and People Relations related activity, ensuring optimal Customer Relationship Management.
  • Project Management: Manage significant people-related programs, including the development of strategy, risk management, resource allocation, and implementation of plans.
  • People Relations Support: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent & Development, and Senior Managers to address key People Relations issues, identify trends, and develop the capability of line managers.
  • Management Information: Provide management information reports to business areas and stakeholders on all People Relations activity, including analysis of trends, themes, or key issues, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Intervention Design and Delivery: Define, design, deliver, and monitor interventions to address skills/knowledge gaps and improve Line Manager and HR team capability in handling People Relations related issues and driving business performance.
  • Training and Development: Develop and provide training and education sessions to employees and managers on both a formal and informal basis, and maintain professional understanding of the changing legislative environment.
  • People Relations Advice: Advise and assist on People Relations cases across the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience of dealing with complex ER cases, end-to-end, including preparation of cases for tribunal.
  • Change Management: Demonstrable experience of TUPE and change management programs relating to mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
  • Employment Law and Best Practice: Up-to-date employment law and best practice HR knowledge.
  • Commercial Advice: Demonstrable experience of delivering pragmatic, commercial advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Experience of building strong working relationships, with the ability to challenge and influence at different levels across the organization.
  • Team Management: Successful management of medium to long-term change programs, while driving day-to-day team performance.
  • Coaching and Development: Experienced in delivering coaching, training, and development interventions to raise Line Manager capability.
  • Team Leadership: Experience of managing, coaching, developing, and motivating large teams.
  • Communication: Clear, articulate, and concise communication skills, conveying complex and sensitive information in a succinct manner.
