Position Overview

As an integral member of our distinguished Global People Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive HR operations, policies, and practices that support our global initiatives. Collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe, North America, and Asia, you will engage in daily interactions with our HR teams and employees from various countries and time zones. This collaborative spirit fosters effective teamwork and nurtures a rich culture of diversity and inclusion. You will work in partnership with the Chief People Officer (CPO) based in the UK to advance HR initiatives that align with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for both management and employees.
  • Provide expert advice on various matters, including employment law, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and initiatives that promote employee well-being.
  • Offer guidance on employment relations issues, resolving cases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies in accordance with relevant legislation across all operational countries.
  • Assess workforce requirements, identify skills shortages, and formulate succession plans that align with HR's strategic goals.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including job design, candidate evaluation, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and country HR offices to ensure effective global recruitment support.
  • Design and implement training and development programs and plans.
  • Ensure the effective execution of performance management and appraisal systems to support employee growth and recognition.
  • Contribute to salary assessments, bonus, and incentive schemes to maintain fair and competitive compensation practices.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, ensuring timely employee payments and compliance with local regulations and policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and refining HR processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology, business, or a related field, along with a CIPD qualification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in core HR operations, ideally within an international and culturally diverse environment.
  • Proven expertise in HR practices, tools, and regulatory compliance across various geographical regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and derive actionable insights and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and diverse cultures.
  • Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant HR tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
