About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Distinct. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future people strategy and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with directors to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growth and organisational effectiveness.
  • Design and implement approaches to diagnose and enhance organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Champion the culture and values of Distinct, working closely with directors to build a high-performing team.
  • Provide human resource expertise in areas such as transformational and organisational change, talent management, employee relations, executive coaching and development.
  • Lead complex HR programmes and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and outcomes.
  • Raise awareness of HR best practices across the organisation, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • A progressive Senior HR professional with a breadth of partnering experience within a complex environment.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at director level.
  • Clear, critical decision-making capability at pace, with a focus on delivering results and taking responsibility for outcomes.
  • An outside-in mindset, with the ability to network externally to stay up-to-date with relevant HR practices.
  • FCIPD qualification or equivalent.
