Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Holywell, Flintshire. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including hydraulics, process machinery, and gearboxes.
  • Conduct PPM and TPM activities to maximize machine efficiencies and minimize downtime.
  • Work on medium to heavy engineering machinery, including laminating machinery and conveyors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve engineering issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained engineer in mechanical engineering with multi-skilled engineering experience.
  • Understanding of PPM systems within manufacturing and experience working on medium to heavy engineering machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
