Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Heavy Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading specialist manufacturer in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards and maximize machine efficiencies.
  • Work on hydraulics, process machinery, gearboxes, conveyors, laminating machinery, general mechanical work, and other manufacturing machinery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve site performance goals and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice trained engineer in mechanical engineering with multi-skilled engineering experience.
  • Understanding of PPM systems within manufacturing.
  • Welding knowledge and experience with medium to heavy engineering machinery.
