About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve maintaining a high standard of facility management, working closely with our facilities team to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required
  • Ensuring the exterior of the site is clean, tidy, and in good repair, including external maintenance tasks
  • Assisting the facilities team with contractor control, ensuring contractors are signed in and out correctly, and adhering to site policies and rules
  • Opening and/or closing the building as required
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
