Field Sales Account Manager

Achieving and exceeding individual KPIs and targets drives revenue growth for the ICS division. Collaboration with internal teams ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
Previous sales experience, ideally in field-based business development, account management, or similar roles, is required. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships is essential. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven individuals thrive in this role. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is required. A full UK driving license is necessary for regular travel across your territory.
