Our client, a thriving business located south of Cambridge, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as an HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with significant HR experience, particularly in digital transformation.

This strategic role plays a pivotal part in shaping the HR strategy and creating a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing complex change processes, driving efficiency through automation, and providing expert support on employee relations. Key responsibilities include leading the transition from paper-based to automated HR systems, driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth and employee engagement, and overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in employee relations, including managing complex cases, and proficiency in policy management and process improvement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strategic mindset, are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values innovation and growth.
