Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of £28-40k per annum, with an OTE of £60K-£80K in the first year, set to increase after one year of billing. This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced permanent consultant to take on new challenges and progress towards a managerial position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients through face-to-face interactions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
  • 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from negotiation to interviews and offer stages.

Requirements
  • Proven Professional: Strong understanding of the permanent recruitment process.
  • Motivator and Ambitious: Ability to inspire others and aspire to progress to a managerial role.
  • Excellent Communicator: Possess brilliant communication skills, both face-to-face and via email.
  • Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Decision-Maker: Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions.
