Strategic Growth Lead

Leidos Innovations UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Lead to join our National Security and Defence Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives, as well as developing and implementing growth strategies to drive revenue expansion.
This role requires strong business development skills, including market research, competitor analysis, and relationship-building with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the defence sector and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Leidos' strategic objectives
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue expansion
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the defence sector
- Strong understanding of the defence market and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
