Key Responsibilities:- Administer voluntary income and volunteer database, ensuring donations are efficiently and accurately identified, recorded, and acknowledged.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the volunteer database, including data entry and maintenance.
- Work closely with the Head of Individual Giving and the wider fundraising team to achieve fundraising goals.
- Provide administrative support to the fundraising team as needed.
- Experience with CRM databases, particularly Raiser's Edge.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and remain calm under pressure.
