About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our service users, providing high-quality care and support that enables them to live fulfilling lives.

Our service users are 60-76 years old and have a variety of needs. They enjoy going out in the community, trying new things, and accessing activities that support their sensory needs. We are looking for someone who is kind, enthusiastic, and supportive, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent care.

As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a close-knit team to provide 24-hour support, including waking nights. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, administering medication, and supporting our service users with their daily activities. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
