About the Job:

This role is an excellent opportunity to lead and manage a hygiene team within a prominent FMCG organisation based in Wigan, known for its commitment to quality products and innovative manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor effective hygiene processes and procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the team on hygiene regulations and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation related to hygiene management and compliance.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives in hygiene practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry, preferably in hygiene or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and regulations, including health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other related software applications.
