Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's hygiene team as a leader and manager, driving excellence in hygiene operations and compliance within their Wigan-based FMCG facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement hygiene policies and procedures to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on hygiene regulations, best practices, and performance expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to hygiene management and compliance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry, with a focus on hygiene or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene standards, regulations, and health and safety protocols, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
