We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising a team and have experience in a similar chef role. A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent is essential, as well as a flexible approach to working.
This full-time position is contracted to 35 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career progression and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Leading a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food experiences
- Developing and implementing new menu ideas
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
