About the Role:

You'll be part of a dynamic team crafting great coffee experiences for our customers. This involves sustainably sourcing high-quality beans, mastering velvety milk coffee techniques, and delivering exceptional service with a smile.

• Crafting memorable coffee moments for every customer
• Demonstrating expertise in Costa products, from teas to seasonal ranges
• Maintaining store health & safety and cleanliness standards
• Fostering teamwork to achieve excellent customer experiences
