We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Istituto Marangoni in London. As a part-time Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing visitor sign-ins and sign-outs, and supporting administrative tasks for the Student and Academic Services Department.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and managing the switchboard. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks, including handling shipments, typing documents, and performing internal translations.

As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our reception area, ensuring that all visitors receive a warm welcome. You will also be responsible for managing visitor records, monitoring logbooks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage visitor sign-ins and sign-outs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor logbooks and maintain accurate records of visitor arrivals and departures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the switchboard, managing incoming calls and forwarding messages to relevant departments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including handling shipments, typing documents, and performing internal translations.
  • Support the Student and Academic Services Department with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organised.
  • Perform other duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
